HVAC Maintenance/Service

HVAC maintenance is perhaps both, the most necessary and the most neglected building maintenance around. Quarterly filter changes, annual belt changes and seasonal checks on your hvac systems keep repair and energy costs down …not to mention building users comfortable. I am licensed as an HVAC contractor and also hold a WI qualifier card. With eight years of industrial/commercial hvac experience I can troubleshoot, repair and maintain common systems.

I am a Certified Pool Operator through the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance course provided by Midwest Pool and Spa. Maintenance services including cleaning, testing and chemical balancing are now available.

Set it and forget it. Combine any of the services offered into a regularly scheduled maintenance plan to meet your needs. Scheduled deep cleans, bulb service or exterior landscape maintenance. Maintenance Plans

Interior Painting

Sometimes all it takes is a fresh coat of paint. Paint match for a refresher or let’s figure out new colors for something entirely new. Other times a bit more is needed: general cleaning, drywall patch and trim touch ups/repair are all available.

Window Cleaning

Often times your regular cleaning service will charge additional fees for window cleaning that isn’t done by a professional. I’ve washed windows professionally for five years before eventually owning my own window cleaning company. Now I bring that experience to you. Something so simple can have such a great effect on not only exterior appearance, but also building users, that it should be a regular part of your building’s maintenance plan. Up to three stories.

Landscape Maintenance

Currently contracting with Greenline Lawncare for regular maintenances. Let me provide the personal attention to details: Hand weeding, tree removal, seasonal trimming and shaping of hedges, rows or plantings is available. I can also replace dead plantings as needed.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Keep your solar panels running at peak efficiency by regular cleaning. I use filtered, de-ionized water and soft bristle brushes to clean each panel without leaving any water spots. Includes damage inspection/housekeeping.

Project Work

Getting ready for a big event? Maybe it’s just time to get some stuff done. Lobby refresher with new paint and lighting fixtures? Holiday event set up needed? I’ll coordinate your project to be as seamless as possible. After hours or weekend work will happen if needed and work sites cleaned up after each visit.

There are plenty of cleaning companies out there, and very few are allowed the time to do a thorough job. Over time, bathrooms, break rooms, lobbies and offices, that are already on a regular cleaning schedule, may need a deep clean to get them back into a maintainable condition. Don’t forget about the rest of the building either. Shop, storage or mechanical areas often could use some attention. “Up-high” cleaning also available.
